Shipping policy

We at Iselle Boutique include flexible shipping options to meet your needs.

1. Shipping Locations: We ship to the United States and Puerto Rico. If you are located outside these areas, please contact us to check shipping availability for your location.
2. Shipping Costs: Orders under $100: Shipping costs are $6.50. Orders over $100: Enjoy free shipping. This is a great opportunity to maximize your purchases while saving on shipping fees.
3. Order Processing: We process and ship orders from Monday to Friday. Please note that we do not process orders on Saturday, Sundays, or during holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment.
4. Delivery Times: Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Generally, orders within Puerto Rico and the U.S. take between 3 to 7 business days to arrive. For pre-orders (PRE-Order), processing may take between 1 to 4 weeks, depending on product availability.
5. International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. If you are outside of the U.S. or Puerto Rico and would like to place an order, please contact us to explore custom shipping options.
